Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been prepared, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted for the following reasons:
- Order Errors: If your order is incorrect or incomplete, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund or an exchange for the correct items.
- Quality Issues: If the food you receive does not meet our standards of quality, please contact us immediately to address the concern and arrange for a refund or replacement.
- Delivery Issues: If your pizza does not arrive within a reasonable time frame, or if it arrives damaged, we may offer a refund or resend the order.
Refunds will be processed in the same manner in which the original payment was made. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Non-refundable Items
Please note that some items are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom or specialty pizzas that are made to order.
- Gift cards.
- Consumed items or partially consumed items.
- Bezalkohol'nyye napitki that have been opened or tampered with.
Return Process
In the rare case that we would need an item to be returned, please contact us for specific instructions. We will provide you with a return authorization and provide details on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Time Frame for Refunds
You must request a refund within 24 hours of order receipt. Refund requests submitted after this time period may not be eligible for processing. To request a refund, please contact us with your order details and reason for the refund.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please save all order confirmations and receipts for reference.
