'Dough Maestro's Pizzeria started with a dream: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The Bianchi family established our pizzeria in 1985 as a quaint, family-owned business, maintaining recipes passed through several generations.
Marco Bianchi, our founder, mastered pizza craftsmanship while exploring Italy, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the original home of pizza. Once back in the UK, she aimed to replicate the essence of traditional Italian pizza, utilizing age-old techniques and top-notch ingredients.
Our once humble 12-seat pizzeria has now transformed into a cherished local haunt, yet our pledge to excellence and originality stands firm. Our daily ritual includes using our wood-fired oven, making fresh dough, and selecting premium ingredients.
Continuing as a family-owned entity, 'Dough Maestro's Pizzeria' is now under the care of the Bianchi's next generation, leading our devoted team. Although we've adopted modern touches, our core mission endures: to forge delectable, bona fide pizzas that unite patrons.
